Teaching
Graeme Hopson is in demand as a teacher of piano, singing, and music theory, with over ten years’ experience in teaching children and adults of all ages and abilities. Adult learners are welcome.
Pupils learn a wide variety of music in their lessons, from pop, to showtunes, jazz and classical, and can be prepared for graded exams or learn just for pleasure. Graeme regularly organises concerts for pupils to perform in, raising over £1000 for local charities over the past three years.
Graeme’s qualifications include a Master’s degree from the Royal Northern College of Music, and a teaching diploma from Queens’ College, Cambridge. In 2007, Graeme was elected a member of the Incorporated Society of Musicians, a body upholding the highest levels of teaching in the profession.
